Biscara Breaks Through!

Talented two year-old filly Biscara scored a narrow yet authoritative
victory at Morphettville on Saturday, in what will be her final run this
preparation.

The Lindsay Park trained daughter of Rubick sat outside the leader and
always looked to have the race in her keeping, which was reflecting in her
starting price of $1.60.

A $42,000 Inglis Classic Sale purchase, Biscara is now a two year-old
winning, dual stakes placed filly of more than $150,000 in prize money.
Trainer David Hayes commented “she’s done a great job to date, and we’ll
give her a break now so we can aim at the late two year-old and early three
year-old races”.
